Hi, I’m Victoria.

My therapeutic work focuses on addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and other emotional challenges through a collaborative and integrative approach to mental health and wellness.

While working with me, you can expect a warm and compassionate space to explore your future goals and current barriers to progress.

I enjoy combining therapies like EMDR, emotion-focused therapy & cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness and yoga-informed care.

One of my favorite parts of working as a therapist is empowering people to become their own healers by equipping them with tools that support their healing, resilience, and mental health goals.

Healing through the body, breath &  nervous system

My work as a yoga instructor has shaped the way I understand healing. I love holding space for people to connect with their physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

In therapy, this may look like slowing down, noticing what’s happening in the body, building grounding skills, and using mindfulness or yoga-informed practices to support emotional regulation and mind-body integration.

A little more about me

Pennsylvania born and raised, I love soaking up all four seasons. I’m drawn to seasonal living, Ayurveda, and slower rhythms, which means I’m happiest near the beach in the summer and cozy at home in the winter.

I’m also an animal lover, so you may catch a glimpse of my mini black rescue poodle during a virtual session.

Yoga and EMDR have both been meaningful parts of my own healing journey. I still enjoy gentle, restorative practices in my own life as much as I love sharing them with clients.

I’m a big believer that finding the right fit in a therapist is one of the most important parts of healing.

I’m always happy to have a conversation and point you in the right direction if there’s someone better suited for you.
