In addition to one-on-one therapy, I also offer community-centered experiences that support connection, reflection, and collective care. These may include local group yoga classes, Yoga for Therapists gatherings, and future seasonal or fundraising-based events.
My therapy work supports adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and nervous system dysregulation. I integrate talk therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, and yoga-informed care to help clients build awareness, regulation, and deeper healing.
