a supportive space to explore

My work supports adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from themselves or their bodies.

Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive while building tools for awareness, regulation, resilience, and healing.

Therapy can support you with:

  • Trauma, including single incident trauma, PTSD, & C-PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief, loss, and life transitions
  • Fears and phobias
  • Emotional regulation and resilience
  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Mind-body integration
  • Overall balance and wellbeing

A collaborative and holistic approach to therapy

My approach blends traditional psychotherapy with EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and yoga-informed care.

This means we may explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences, while also paying attention to how stress and trauma may show up in your body and nervous system.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

It's an evidence-based therapy that can help people process trauma, painful memories, and distressing experiences that continue to impact their present life.

EMDR may be supportive for trauma, anxiety, grief, phobias, negative self-beliefs, and experiences that feel difficult to move through with talk therapy alone.

Before beginning EMDR processing, we’ll spend time building grounding tools, understanding your needs, and making sure the process feels safe, collaborative, and supportive.

EMDR  Therapy

Yoga-informed therapy & mind-body connection

Yoga-informed therapy does not mean you need to practice yoga during sessions. Instead, it means we may bring gentle awareness to the body, breath, nervous system, and the ways your experiences live beyond thoughts alone.

This may include grounding practices, mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, or simple tools to help you feel more connected to your body and present in your life.

The goal is not to force calm or bypass what you’re feeling. The goal is to support your capacity to listen inward with more compassion and care.
